Volunteer Shifts

We want to make your experience at the Fest as rewarding as possible. We can work with you if you have specific times in mind that you'd like to volunteer, and will try to accommodate you if there are presentations or events you'd like to attend. In general, when would you like to work?

Saturday 4/27:

setting up/early afternoon
late afternoon/closing

Sunday 4/28:

setting up/early afternoon
late afternoon/closing

Volunteer Positions

Do you have any preferences as to which positions you'd like to work? We cannot guarantee this is what you'll end up doing, but we will try our best. Below is a brief description of each of the positions volunteers may take on:

Concierge: help patrons and exhibitors on the floor

Room attendants: help panelists, monitor people going in and out, help signal end of talks

Signage: help direct people towards the Fest and to the panels and workshops

Registration: help with signing in exhibitors/answering questions

Afterparty staff: help with checking IDs, serving drinks (OLCC certification required for this)
