Shifts Available
If you're interested in helping at the next Fest, when would you like to help? If it is more than two months before the next Fest and you're not sure of your availability, sign up for what you'd like to work anyway; we'll send you a confirmation when it's two months away to verify your availability.

Please check all hours you'd like to help. You probably won't be scheduled for all hours that you are available.

Friday:

5pm (till 7pm; set up)

Saturday:

9am (set up)

5pm (till 6:30pm; includes clean up)

Sunday:

How many hours would you like to work total for the weekend? You may work less, you won't work more. Let us know any specific time constraints or requests below.

If you're interested in postering and flyering or helping at Fest-related events:

Are you able to help with last-minute events? (We may contact you with less than a week's notice to see if you're free to help.)
Do you have the ability to get to events that are not at the Lloyd Center Doubletree Inn? (Only the Fest itself will be held there.)

Miscellaneous experience for all volunteers:

Do you have retail/sales experience and an interest in working our merchandise and ticket booths?
A/V experience (a little) (lots)
ASL interpretation experience (a little) (lots)
Can you stand for extended periods of time? This is not required for volunteering.
Can you lift and carry up to 30 lbs?
