Chocolate Frosted Comics
What could be more delicious on a Friday night than watching
nine of your favorite indie cartoonists read from their
sweet, sweet comics using an overhead projector? Howabout
free donuts and pizza and other round things, if you show
up on time!
Friday, September 28, 8pm at Guapo Comics & Coffee,
6416 SE Foster Rd, Portland.
Readings by: Chris Cilla, Nicole Georges, Jonathan Hill,
Aaron Mew, Emily Nilsson, Aron Nels Steinke, Kaz Strzepek,
Geoff Vasile, and a *special guest*.
Meet the cartoonists and have a beer afterwards at the
Comics Social. We'll also be giving out the Maisie Kukoc
Award for Comics Inspiration -- a $350 cash prize! Read
